How to Stop Feeling Overwhelmed is a lunch and learn, practical, easy-to-understand workshop for people who feel mentally, emotionally and/or physically overloaded. Using easy neuroscience-based methods, you will learn

  • How overwhelm affects your brain, body and behaviour

  • An effective roadmap to calm your nervous system, create clarity and regain a sense of control and certainty.

I welcome you to come along for some fun, laughs, knowledge and skill building whether you're learning this for yourself or to help someone close to you, I promise you, it'll be worth it!

This will be an informal workshop where you can kick off your shoes, eat and learn, participate actively or passively. Whichever you choose, I would love to have you there.

I want you to be able to walk out the door feeling like you have got some juicey answers to some long asked questions.
