How is Neurofocused Solutions different from other therapies?
Neurofocused Solutions is built on brain science and fuelled by understanding.
This is neuroscience coaching!
You learn the brain science to help you understand your brain and behaviour, the knowledge and skills to rewire your own brain, as well as work through and prevent trauma and stress based ailments!
The best part about coaching with Charlotte is that you learn the knowledge and the skills to rewire your own brain. YOU are in control of the process AND you don’t have to divulge any sensitive information to work through your trauma or stress. Working through and addressing your trauma, stress and burnout can be done without discussing any details of the trauma or experience itself.
How is this possible?
Because this is a facilitated skills based process. You will be learning how to understand your brain and be provided with the solutions you need to navigate your way through the conflict at your pace. Think of it as a road map of your brain.
If there is a specific traumatic event that you would like help to address or overcome and would like to discuss it in detail, I can absolutely help you with that to. I will provide you with a space to carefully unpack it and guide you through processing it a safe and non-overwhelming way.
Drawing on years of research, clinical experience, and specialized knowledge, I’ve developed a neuroplasticity-based training system designed to support the rewiring of brains affected by trauma and chronic stress. This system offers a structured process that strategically targets specific brain regions, neural pathways, and activity patterns commonly impacted in trauma, stress, and burnout.
All of the strategies, models and education I provide is centered around building your knowledge and skills in resetting your nervous system, reframing and retraining your brain.
This is done by:
Teaching you how your brain functions biologically under the influence of stress response hormones, so you can understand why you think or feel the way you do.
Using a specialised neuromodulatory model called introspective neuroprocessing therapy (INT). The process of this guided therapy is aimed at slowly rewiring your brain’s connections and pathways and induce a sustainable remodelling of your brain’s networks. Together, we will slowly work on your neuroplasticity and create long lasting neural changes in your brain that bring it into balance, give you peace and confidence.
The goal is to bring your understanding and neuroscience processes together to address current trauma, stress, burnout or crisis, as well as give you highly effective preventative tools to stop them from reoccurring in the future when more stressors arise.
